I doubt many of us noticed... we have a Valentines' baby in Blaze!
Happy Birthday to Alicia!
And while we're at it, Happy 21st to Serene Tham YaXin, whose birthday falls one day after a Blaze training day, 16th February. COME FOR TRAINING~ so we can take a picture of you and your gift and paste it here for the world to see.
And also, an early birthday greeting to our last February baby, YuXuan (21st Feb). Happy Birthday!! Though your birthday falls one day before a Blaze training day, you can still come to training, you know. :)
Blaze is scheduled to be back on the courts this Friday, so do turn up for training everyone! See you~
And of course, Happy Valentines' Day :)

3rd of February is... MeiQin's birthday! Happy Birthday!
Long time no see you.. come for training soon before we forget how you look like :)
And here's an early birthday greeting going out to MeiXin (6th Feb)!! Lucky girl, birthday and CNY in a row. Happy collecting AngBaos!
Are you two secretly sisters? Even the names are so alike. :P
Everybody, make sure you enjoy your pineapple tarts, bah kwa and other new year goodies... Eat as much as you can! Just remember to come burn those extra calories off at training the following week!
And remember to collect more ang baos to pay for Blaze fund! :D

First of all, apologies for missing out MinZhen's birthday!! So sorry sorry! MinZhen's birthday was on 7th January. It's probably too late for birthday wishes now, still hope you had a wonderful birthday :)
And next,
...26th of January is XiaoPang Valerie's birthday!
Lucky Little Pang became the first to receive the birthday gift from our Blaze welfare comm in 2008.
If you've attended training last night, you should have already heard that the welfare comm has decided to do away with birthday cakes this year. Instead, all birthday girls will receive a little gift :)
And so, pls attend training, girls!! So that we can take a nice picture of you receiving your birthday gift and post it up here. Well done, Val. It's a good example set. =P
And pls pay funds too, these contribute to your birthday presents as well! Third Friday of the month has passed, so if you've yet to pay funds, please do so the coming Friday.

Hello, and while it is slightly late to say this, Happy New Year to all. Multi-purpose first post of the year!
First off, to wish Phoa Huilin (6th Jan) an advanced Happy Birthday! May you have a wonderful time celebrating while many of the rest of us are melting under the sweltering sun (or trapped at KNC waiting for the rain to stop AGAIN).
Secondly, last minute reminder to all players taking part in the Daisy Tan Carnival held on Huilin's birthday, which is tomorrow.
Players are to be ready for warm-up by 8.15am.
If you are still unsure of what attire to wear, please contact RongZhen (Blaze 1) or Joan (Blaze 2) like NOW.

Happy Birthday, SiJia
Maybe you're busy eating mooncakes or walking through the gardens holding a lantern, but while you're indulging in the heat of the Mid-Autumn Festival, here's something you probably didn't notice...
It's SiJia's birthday today, and it's her 21st at that! Happy Birthday Sijia~
Please forgive my overuse of sparkles, I was having too much fun. In apology, here's another shot of the dazzling birthday girl. :)
Just to mention, our dearest YiZhen has also turned 21 this year. Although it is regretful to say that The Blaze Lounge did not manage to witness her step into adulthood. But it's all right, your turn is coming soon again, YiZhen!! I'll give you a bigger post the coming April. XD
