Annual General Meeting 2009
Hi everyone,
Its the time of the year again!
AGM this year:
Venue: Netball Singapore Multi-Purpose Room
Date: 18 Dec, Fri
Time: 6.30pm - 9.30pm
Dinner will be provided.
The meeting will begin after dinner so do be punctual as much as possible.
As per past tradition, there will be a Christmas Gift Exchange, so do prepare a gift of ~$10. We will draw lots to see who gets whose present on the day itself.
If you have yet to confirm your attendance, please do so asap with your tree top / me / Jing Qing / Yizhen / Meixin.
The agenda will be posted soon so keep a lookout for it!

AGM UPDATE!!
Some updates~~
Team colours ---> Team or Captain's decision
To differentiate between the teams, we have decided that each team will decide on your common team dress colour for internal league.
So do the communicating amongst yourselves to decide which team plays in what colour.
Dress colours after shower ---> RED WHITE GREEN
Yes, you must be dressed in the above 3 colours. Not red, white or green. Its Red, White AND Green.
Although no prizes will be given out for the best dressed, we thought a colour theme will bring some post christmas cheer and fun to AGM. :)
Wear the colours or risk being penalised.
You have been warned.

One of the more important things in AGM in my opinion. haha. Anyway, this year we have decided to cater western food, something different from the usual chinese types.
Hope you like western food.
I heard the tiramisu is super. ;)

Annual General Meeting 2008
Wheee~~ It's the time of the year again.
Time to recollect our thoughts, achievements and highlights of the year before we step into 2009.
:)
This year, we have a Slew of Activities lined up so, do come or you won't be able to see yourself in the pictures that we will definitely take on that day. haa~
(K la, for those who will be overseas we will get Joan to see if can photoshop your face or something onto the pics. lol)
AGM 2008:
Venue: Kallang Netball Center Function Room
Date: 27 Dec 08, Sat
Time: 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Overview:
9.00 AM: Meet, Greet and Prepare for Internal League
11.30 AM: Shower
12.30 PM: Lunch
1.30 PM: AGM
2.30 PM: Games & Gift Xchange
4.00 PM: Wave Goodbye to everyone
4.01 PM: Close main gate
4.02 PM: More waving if not completed
Ok, this is pretty much for what will happen on that day.
Btw, internal league is where we will play street netball or netball amongst ourselves.
Gift Xchange: Buy or make a gift @ a budget of $10~$15 and draw lots to see who gets whose presents!
Oh oh, we know its early, but we will appreciate it if we all get there at 9 AM so we can start punctually and end as scheduled. :)

Going on to 2008
If you missed this year's AGM (held on 16th December), here's an overview.
Appointed coaches are JingQing, RongZhen, MeiXin and YiZhen. - CLAP!
Treasurer will remain as RongZhen. - CLAP!
Julynn has stepped down from her managerial position, and we warmly welcome our new Managers, YiZhen and Jacqueline Long. - CLAP!
Joan is sadly still stuck in the Logistics department (for the third year running), with a new handy helper, Amanda. - CLAP!
PLAYERS WHO HAVE ANY BIBS IN THEIR POSSESSION, please hand yourself (and/or the bibs) in ASAP.
Welfare committee will be taken charge by WeiQi & Adeline. - CLAP!
Team Captains for Year 2008: JingQing (Blaze 1), Joan (Blaze 2), Nicola & Valerie (Flame). - CLAP!
We also welcome aboard our two new players, Tiffany and HuiYu. - CLAP!
Reminders:
Funds are to be paid every 3rd Friday of the month. Blaze funds remain at $15/mth despite the 7% GST hike. Flame girls are to pay $5/mth, excluding examination months.
Training will commence at 7.45pm every Friday (unless notified). Players are to attend punctually. If you will be late/absent, please notify the coaches/managers.
Students are allowed to apply for study leave starting 2 weeks before their first paper. Any other circumstances are subject to the coaches' deliberation. All leave applications are to be submitted via email. If you haven't received the updated copy of the Blaze list, please contact YiZhen (nehziyeew@yahoo.com.sg).

BLAZE AGM
Since people have been commenting that there have been no updates, here's an update for updating's sake.
Please note that the Blaze Annual General Meeting is to be held on the 16th of December, at the Multi-Purpose Hall at Kallang Netball Centre, from 3pm to 7pm.
Players participating in the Year End Carnival, please be ready for warm up by 8.15am. You will attend the AGM as scheduled, unless you have informed the coaches/manager of your absence.
And don't forget to bring along your present for your secret buddy!
If you haven't prepared it yet, it is my pleasure to inform you that you have THREE days left to get it. If by now you still have no idea who your buddy is, please contact YiZhen ASAP. Happy shopping~
