Blaze 2 hit the courts this evening, up against the notoriously known Extremes, and came home with our first victory with an eye-opening score of 51-26.
The Soniques were indeed a young team, but Blaze 2 fought well and hard throughout the game, displaying never-before-seen levels of teamwork and flow.
Unsurprisingly, the highlight of the game was not on court, but rather on the sidelines of the court. He-who-shall-not-be-mentioned received a warning from the umpire, with regards to his infamous verbal etiquette. Surprisingly, the empty vessel shut up thereafter, presumably from being filled with hot air and fury.
Good game, Blaze 2! Let's keep up with this pace.
